Faded
This one was taken out east during sunset. I slowed the shutter down to capture a little motion and turned it black an white. This one really sets off a room without intruding with a big flare of color.
Winter's Dream
Nothing warm about this one except for the beauty. Windy, cold and beautiful.
Snowy Peak
This was an incredibly fun (but cold) day of surf! Head high perfection under a pretty impressive backdrop.
Montauk Haze
That sea mist and light fog just makes for some incredible light. Wouldn't trade it for the world... except for that relentless heavy fog. I wouldn't mind losing that. Anyways, that's ditch with some really dreamy light around sunset.
Summer Sun
Another beach day out east and another bird's eye view that can be rotated whichever way you desire.
Beach Day
Authentic Montauk Umbrella Shot. What I love about these bird's eye view shots is that you can turn them however you like on your wall.
Perfect Setup
This day I saw some of the larger and more perfect waves that I'd seen here on Long Island. This is a spot that occasionally produces that magic but will 100% test your paddling and breath holding abilities.
Misty Ditch
So simple, yet so perfect! This one looks epic blown up! Blends nicely into rooms without stealing too much attention from the room with a pop of color.
Sail Away
This shot was taken about a mile out to sea from Ditch Plains... The lighting was incredible and I was itching to see how far I could get the drone. The Sailboat looked like a decent target!
Summer Sessions
Just another evening glass-off at everyone's favorite cobble reef.
Fire Skies
Fall 2020, Montauk NY. After the fires in California had burned for several months, the winds finally turned in a direction that we actually saw upper level smoke in our skies here in NY. It turned our skies hazy and our Sun copper for a few days during an awesome hurricane swell.
Turning Gold
See "Fire Skies" for why the sky was this color. This was taken during a hurricane swell in September of 2020.
Picaresque
This is the third of a three wave photo collection that pairs warm tones from an unusual fire sky that we experienced here in NY this past Fall.
Day of Days
Dreamy backyard... Just a cool 50 million and it's all yours!
Ordered Chaos
A rare and adventurous boat trip for me. Took every opportunity to document the parts that I could share with you! That's the radar tower framed up nicely by a pack of birds going after a school of fish.
Smooth Lines
Cold winter morning after a snowstorm. Just you and your buddy, imagine that.
Bluff Walk 1
Bluff Walk 2
Final Set
This one almost made the limited cut! This was the last guy out on his last wave in from Hurricane Larry. OH WHAT A DAY!
Race Tracks
Appropriately titled "Race Tracks" for the shear speed that one can get on a wave at this particular spot. This was actually captured via drone for a slightly unique vision of this epic wave.
